VILLA ISA

Villa Isa is a marvelous residence overlooking the beautiful sea of Melito Porto Salvo, in the province of Reggio Calabria. Situated on the Mille seafront, a few steps from a large beach and with an evocative view over the Mount Etna and Pentedattilo, well-known resort made of five finger mountains.
 
The apartments, all with sea view, can host from 2 to 6 beds. They are composed of a large equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower box. Verandas overlook on the sea and come with a table and chairs in order to spend unforgettable moments breathing the sea breeze and admiring the eruptions of Mount Etna.

Villa Isa is only few meters from the Stele and the Garibaldi museum, where in 1860 the Mille landed alongside of Giuseppe Garibaldi. Melito Porto Salvo is also famous for the bergamotto: a local fruit which typically grows in mild climates even during winter.
 
It is the ideal place to spend a sea holiday with families or friends!

A wide array of services will be available in the surrounding area: beach huts equipped with umbrellas and loungers, playground for children, bar, restaurant, pizzerias and clubs. In the city center there are supermarkets, news agents, hospital, train station, shops, local markets and much more.
 
In the surroundings dintorni: We are at the foot of Aspromonte and in the Hellenistic area of Magna Grecia:

Pentedattilo, Amendolea, Gallicianò, Condofuri, Bova....ancient Hellenistic resorts which during summer turn into places of great interest for the organization of Feasts, Festivals (Palearizza), Concerts, Shows but also random entertainment like tarantelle, music and traditional  dances. The area also offers a number of farmhouses with typical specialties from the region.

Additional fee for Air conditioning: (only apartments on the second floor) €5 per day/ €30 per week/ €100 per month
 
Prices include:

• Overnight stay into units located on first and second floor;
• TV  
• broom, small shovel, rag and bucket.

Towel, bathroom and kitchen linen are not included.
Bed linen are available upon request for €7 per person; Bathroom linen for €7 per person and Kitchen linen for €10 (1 tablecloth and 2 towels)
On-site parking is not included.
